Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to move into Learning and Development? We're looking for a Recruitment Learning and Development Consultant/Trainer to join us in our brand-new Birmingham City Centre offices.

This is a new role focused on training and onboarding junior Recruitment Consultants, ensuring they get a flying start to their careers and helping us grow to a team of 120 people.
