Job summary

All Care is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the South Region from Hedge End, Southampton. This role leads a recruitment team, partnering with HR and senior management to shape workforce planning and deliver a premium candidate experience.

You will design and execute strategies, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve hiring performance while aligning with business growth and stakeholder expectations.

Lead Talent Acquisition for a Growing Care Organisation

Location: Hedge End, Southampton
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

As Recruitment Lead, you will be accountable for the design, performance and execution of the recruitment function, ensuring the business attracts and retains high-quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will lead and develop the recruitment team, provide strategic recruitment advice to senior stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
  • Lead, coach and support the recruitment team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR and senior management to provide recruitment expertise and workforce planning insights.
  • Oversee recruitment systems, processes and KPIs to ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.
  • Monitor market trends, salary benchmarking and recruitment performance metrics to inform hiring decisions.
  • Manage team resources, absence and holiday planning to ensure consistent recruitment delivery.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading a recruitment or talent acquisition function in a fast-paced environment(minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, workforce planning and talent attraction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using recruitment data and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, present insights to leadership teams and drive results.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience using Access Recruit and Screening systems.
  • Previous recruitment experience within the Health & Social Care sector.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment technology.
