Ragdale Hall Spa is an award-winning, ‘Destination Spa’ dedicated to providing outstanding service to our guests. We offer fantastic food, rejuvenating treatments and an array of spa and fitness facilities. We have an amazing team of over 550 people, across 25 departments. The ‘Ragdale family’ is what makes the Hall such a successful business, which is why this is such an integral role. We’re looking for a confident individual who has a passion for working with people and enjoys building relationships to make a positive difference. This role involves taking ownership of recruitment processes as well as getting involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with our Head of Departments and employees, you would provide advice and support on all HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate: You will have proven recruitment experience, preferably within a hospitality environment, although this is not essential. Fantastic written and verbal communication is essential. You must have strong skills in technology, including experience of a HRIS. You will have the ability to navigate social media with ease. Whilst a CIPD qualification would be advantageous, there is also scope for this to be a developmental HR role for someone wishing to build their knowledge and experience of employee relations, in a supportive team environment, whereby we are committed to your continuous professional development.
