  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience aligned with our brand values.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts (full-time, part-time, zero-hours, fixed-term).
  • Conduct right-to-work checks, gather references, and ensure compliance with all recruitment-related legislation.
  • Create and manage recruitment campaigns during peak trading periods.
  • Support and train hiring managers on interview techniques and recruitment best practices.

HR Operations & Support (20%)

  • Provide basic HR guidance to restaurant managers and staff on matters such as absence management and employment terms.
  • Support with tracking absences (sickness, annual leave, parental leave) and helping managers maintain accurate staff records.
  • Draft and store employment-related documents such as offer letters, policy updates, and other HR correspondence.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and ensure consistent application across the business.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated HR queries from management or team members.
  • Support operational needs during peak periods and adapt to shifting business priorities.
