Generating new business leads, building brand awareness, and maintaining positive client relationships. Gaining client trust to share SAP requirements and making placements, both new and repeat business, through effective networking and online platforms.
Negotiating commercial terms with clients and consultants, with support from Business Support and Directors. Face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates may be required.
Qualified recruitment experience, preferably in IT/SAP, with a strong billing background in contract or permanent sales, is ideal. We also consider candidates with strong B2B sales, telesales, IT sales, estate agency, or car sales experience.
Attitude is key; a motivated, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and multilingual abilities (a plus) will succeed. Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are required.
