Join us for our Clinical Specialist (Band 6) Recruitment Event focused on band 6 roles within the Emergency and Crisis Pathway at NLFT. This pathway includes services such as the Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service and the Health Based Place of Safety. We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals passionate about delivering urgent and specialist mental health care.

Roles Available

1. Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service (MHCAS): An innovative crisis assessment model integrating emergency liaison and a bespoke mental health crisis assessment unit in a trauma-informed therapeutic setting. Recognized with the NHS Parliamentary award for Excellence in Mental Health in 2022. Suitable for registered Nurses, Social Workers, Occupation Therapists, or Psychiatrists.

2. Health Based Place of Safety (HBPoS): Provides assessment and care for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis under Section 136 or 135(1). This role is specifically for qualified, registered, and experienced Nurses.
