The vacancy

Are you passionate about education and skilled at building connections? DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to take on the role of Recruitment and Engagement Officer. You’ll play a vital part in engaging future students, representing our Higher Education provision, and making a lasting impression on the communities we serve. If you're driven, well-organised and thrive in interactive environments — we’d love to hear from you.

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and presentation
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend recruitment events, including college fairs and school visits
  • Deliver engaging presentations, workshops and campus tours
  • Provide guidance on applications, finance and student life
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to promote open days and tours
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and evaluate recruitment data
  • Build relationships with schools and education stakeholders
  • Organise event logistics including venue bookings and intern coordination
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and data protection policies
