Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Account Manager
Talent Locker | Chandler’s Ford | £25-35k + Commission + Bonus + Benefits

Do you have a good work ethic and want to be rewarded for your efforts? Do you enjoy recruitment, or thought it would be an industry to get into?

Working closely with our defence & engineering recruitment consultant, you will work mainly on the ‘candidate side’, attracting and assessing candidates for defence technology roles. You will be filling roles for some of the best names within the defence industry. As you grow, there will be opportunities to take the lead on client relationships and account management, should you wish to.

You may have some recruitment experience already, so if you enjoy the candidate side of recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong problem-solving skills, please read on. If you have no recruitment experience, you will need to be able to immerse yourself into a new industry, enjoy speaking with candidates and have some of a competitive or strategic sales mindset.

The Role

  • Attract and assess candidates for technology and engineering roles (using LinkedIn, Job Boards, CRM and network).
  • Write good job adverts, create & manage LinkedIn projects, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job qualification to candidate placement.
  • Being curious, wanting to continually know more from candidates by asking lots of questions

  • Salary, Commission & Bonus: £25-35k base + market leading delivery commission scheme (£250 per contract placement, £400 per permanent placement) + quarterly bonus scheme.
  • Flexible Working: Core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, with the option to work from home on Fridays and a 4 pm finish.

You:
You’ll need to have pride in your work, be hardworking, adaptable with an excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will be dealing with professional people both candidates and clients, so good verbal and written communication is essential, as is a keen attention to detail.
