Main Responsibilities:
- Be part of the team of analysts in the recruitment department.
- Provide recommendations for best practice and data innovation for more effective scouting and recruitment operations.
- Engage in strategic planning of analysis, preparation, and presentation to key stakeholders.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in data analysis tools such as Python, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Tableau, and other relevant software.
- Manage and report data, create data visualizations, and develop data workflows.
- Exhibit strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Work effectively in high-pressure environments, both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- BSc or BA degree in sport or a relevant vocational qualification with experience understanding the technical and tactical demands of professional football.
- Formal training in research methods.
- Experience with performance analysis systems and software.
- Expertise in analyzing professional players.
- Background or experience in scouting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Possession of a valid UK Driving License.
