Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including organizing recruitment meetings, note-taking, documentation, and tracking candidates.
  2. Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
  3. Assist in optimizing recruitment systems and tools to improve efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with the HR Director to enhance and streamline the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  5. Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.
  6. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment administration or coordination.
  3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
