Stepnell is seeking a proactive Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join their People team in Rugby. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking, and facilitating engaging onboarding experiences. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, communication expertise, and possess experience in recruitment or HR contexts, contributing to a positive employee experience from day one.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist who brings energy, creativity, and structure to every stage of the recruitment and onboarding journey.
