A well-established home services group with a portfolio of trusted household brands is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the business.

Please note, this role will be fully office-based at the organisation’s office in Lambeth, South London.

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting talent and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, writing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, utilising the ATS system (Workday), reviewing and preparing interview questions and processes. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to review job descriptions, identify current and future hiring needs, analyse recruitment data, and take ownership of onboarding. Additionally, you will assist with general HR activities, including ad hoc HR and recruitment projects.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in an internal recruitment role, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred). You should have excellent attention to detail, be well-organised, capable of multitasking, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. HR administration experience is beneficial, and a CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum.
