We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Manager in streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates.

This role is pivotal in helping us attract and hire top talent to drive our growth and success in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews/prescreens, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and organise interviews, including video interviews and on-site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitate background checks and pre-employment assessments as required.
  • Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for current or future opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for the talent acquisition team, including preparing reports and analytics on recruitment metrics.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovations in recruitment, suggesting improvements to our processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify & engage passive candidates.
  • Local to Farnborough office as the role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite.
