Job summary

Vertical Recruitment, an established specialist consultancy across construction, engineering and property, is seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to support its Consulting Engineering division. Working directly with a founding Director, you will manage candidate outreach and coordinate the recruitment process from search to interview and placement.

This is a fast-paced, telephone-led role with high outbound activity, requiring confident communication, relationship-building and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or telephone-based environments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Search for and identify suitable candidates using recruitment database, LinkedIn and sourcing platforms.
• Make regular outbound calls to discuss experience, career aspirations and opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening calls and record information accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across construction and engineering sectors.
• Match candidates to client vacancies and requirements.
• Support candidates through interviews, feedback and ongoing communication.
• Write engaging job advertisements and recruitment content.
