Job Summary

We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our friendly Recruitment team - part of the HR directorate on a full time, fixed term/secondment (12 months) basis as a Recruitment Coordinator.

Working alongside the Recruitment Team Leader, you will support a team of Recruitment Administrators and assistants to provide an excellent service to all internal/external stakeholders. You would support with monitoring KPI's, Recruitment Processes and NHS Safe Employment Check Standards following the Trust's Policy and Processes.

We are seeking an energetic and driven individual eager to join our busy recruitment department in a fast-paced role. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices, and a passion for delivering a high-quality customer-focused service.

Main duties of the job

  • Delivering an integrated, responsive, and flexible, professional operational Recruitment and selection service and/or contractual processes and procedures and the provision of a general first line advice on terms and conditions of service. This includes providing appropriate and timely advice and information on a range of terms and conditions/policies and procedures and achieving KPI's in accordance with service specifications.
  • To support the effective co-ordination of all relevant IT systems.
  • To support the planning and coordination of executive and senior management recruitment, ensuring effective communication and presentation details are attained.
  • To coordinate planning and administration of recruitment events, ensuring that a professional and consistent image of the Trust is projected at all times to maximise the beneficial outcomes of recruitment events.
  • Act as the Agenda for Change Recruitment Lead.
  • To support the administration of the trust Establishment, pay & control panel.
  • Work alongside the Recruitment Team leader to support and develop a team of recruitment administrators and assistants.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance is maintained in accordance with NHS standards through regular audits and file reviews.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Assist with Recruitment reporting and analysis.
  • Play an active role in streamlining processes and improving the candidate experience.
