Job Title:Recruitment Coordinator, Cabot Learning Federation (CLF)
Actual Annual Salary: £29,812 - £32,138
Location: Hybrid, flexible working
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, All-Year-Round
Hours: 37 hours per week. Core hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-3.30pm on a Friday. Mixture of work from home, the HR office in Kingswood and at allocated academies.

Join the Cabot Learning Federation as a Recruitment Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in our Central Recruitment Team to support our academies through safe, efficient and professionally delivered recruitment. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for hiring managers, confidently coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment activities for a number of academies and applying your excellent planning, problem‑solving and communication skills to ensure a smooth experience for both applicants and colleagues.
You’ll play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional recruitment service, ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly through effective coordination, communication and compliance. Your work will help academies secure the right people while upholding CLF's high standards for safeguarding.
You’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, using your strong administrative skills, sound judgement and confidence with digital systems to deliver consistent, compliant recruitment activity across your academies.
You’ll be someone who enjoys building constructive working relationships, developing networks and proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates to support current and future recruitment needs, while representing the Trust with professionalism and care.
