We're working with a large, multi-site business to hire two Recruitment Coordinators - one Permanent, one Fixed-Term Contract. Supporting over 190 sites across the UK, these roles are ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Coordinator
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
- Schedule interviews and keep ATS records up to date
- Support onboarding with documentation and candidate communication
- Work closely with the wider HR and People teams
- Provide admin support across the recruitment team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, HR, resourcing or admin
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- ATS experience a bonus; MS Office proficiency essential
