Job description

Recruiting Coordinator – Graduate Programmes

Location: London
Contract: 5-month FTC | Starting ASAP
Rate: £24.40 – £26.09 per hour

We’re working with a leading global organisation to hire a highly organised and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support their Early Careers and Intern Programmes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-driven environment where no two days are the same and the work genuinely makes a difference to early talent across the globe.

The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team that looks after the full intern lifecycle; from onboarding to offboarding, for students and early careers talent across multiple regions. You'll play a key role in making sure the intern experience runs smoothly, and in delivering a high standard of support to candidates, hiring managers, and wider programme stakeholders.

If you’re someone who thrives in an environment where things move quickly, enjoys problem-solving, and has excellent attention to detail, this role could be your perfect next move.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Acting as a key point of contact for interns and hiring managers, providing timely, friendly support via email and case management tools.
  2. Coordinating onboarding, induction, training and offboarding logistics for interns globally.
  3. Supporting programme managers in delivering early careers activities and events.
  4. Managing intern scheduling, documentation and data accuracy across internal systems.
  5. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience.
  6. Finding ways to improve and streamline admin processes where possible.
  7. Supporting ad-hoc operational and project work linked to intern experience and early careers initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  1. 1+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, logistics, operations or a similar support role.
  2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  4. Comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Preferred:

  1. Degree or diploma in HR or a related subject.
  2. Previous experience in high-volume scheduling and calendar management.
  3. Experience in an international or matrix organisation.
  4. Solid Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Snapshot

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  1. Organised – you know how to keep on top of competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  2. Customer-obsessed – you genuinely care about giving people a great experience.
  3. Detail-driven – whether it’s emails, data, or events, accuracy matters to you.
  4. A team player – you’re collaborative and happy to support wherever you’re needed.
Why Apply?
  1. Opportunity to work with an international talent acquisition team on meaningful early careers projects.
  2. Exposure to global hiring programmes, giving you valuable insight into how large-scale graduate recruitment functions.
  3. A great springboard for those looking to progress into HR, operations or recruitment roles.
  4. Be part of a diverse, friendly and purpose-driven team.

Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
