What you'll do:
- Support the Senior Recruitment Advisor with recruitment activities
- Maintain the firm’s recruitment portal AllHires
- Create job descriptions when needed
- Administer recruitment processes including liaising with agents and candidates directly
- Manage interviewer diaries ensuring efficient communication around interview times and details
- Gather feedback following interviews and keep all parties updated on ongoing processes
- Liaise with HR on candidate onboarding topics: contracts, background checks, conflicts checks, visa requirements
- Assist with the graduate recruitment process which includes Open Days, Vacation Schemes and University Campus events
What you bring:
- Experience within a recruitment function in a law firm
- Experience of using an applicant tracking system
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Client-focused approach with ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build successful relationships at all levels
- Team player with a flexible and willing attitude
- Flexibility to work additional hours from time to time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
