Oakleaf is partnering with a prestigious international Asset Management firm to hire a Recruitment Coordinator on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is a high-touch, fast-paced environment where you will provide support to the recruitment team with global coordination. This is a business-facing role, where accuracy and professionalism are essential, and there is also an opportunity to develop and expand in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate high volumes of interviews across Europe, America, and Asia, managing extensive diary scheduling and sending confirmations to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact with third-party suppliers, managing relationships and providing feedback, as well as attending hiring manager meetings to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Support on Graduate Recruitment Cycles as needed, coordinating assessments, interview panels, and paperwork.
Handle contract preparation, onboarding queries, and HRIS updates in partnership with the broader HR team.
Support ad hoc HR projects and organize business-facing initiatives such as roundtables, demonstrating strong multitasking, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will need:
Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or support role within Financial Services (ideally Asset or Investment Management).
Proven ability to manage high volumes of interview scheduling across timezones, with strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
