We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Overview:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients. You will work closely with our execution team to manage logistics, schedules, and communication throughout the search process. Your exceptional organisational skills and proactive approach will ensure that our recruiting efforts run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications.
  2. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, keeping them informed throughout each stage of the hiring process.
  3. Maintain recruitment databases, track candidate progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  4. Assist in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  5. Help manage job board postings, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
  6. Provide administrative support to senior team members as needed.
  7. Conduct reference checks and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  8. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience, embodying Asset Partners values and culture.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role, preferably in HR or talent acquisition.
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
