Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our international recruitment operations. Working closely with the Group Head of People, this role will help to ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career, or from an HR or administrative background who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, global environment. The role has strong developmental potential and offers broad exposure to international talent acquisition practices and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the drafting and posting of job adverts across various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal channels
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and internal stakeholders
• Act as a supporting point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor), ensuring data integrity and process compliance
• Assist with sourcing candidates and screening CVs for a variety of roles, where appropriate
• Prepare interview packs, coordinate feedback collection, and support the offer process
• Support onboarding activities, including drafting offer letters, gathering compliance documentation, and coordinating inductions through the HR system (Bamboo HR)
• Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis, helping track recruitment and growth metrics
• Suggest process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and candidate experience across recruitment activities
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including website updates, social media, and careers materials
• Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment coordination role is preferred
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly manner
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and working across different teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel). Experience with ATS platforms is advantageous
• A proactive mindset, “can do” attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment
• Previous exposure to international time zones and/or financial services would be advantageous
