Job Description
- Coordinating diaries for interviews and sending confirmation.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Advertising vacancies across various platforms.
- Supporting with checking right to work documentation.
- General administration duties.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator is desirable but not essential.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Can commute to Lichfield.
