Job Description
Recruitment Coordinator - What you'll be doing:
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
Managing candidate communication and interview scheduling
Supporting hiring managers with best practice recruitment processes
Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and organising interview logistics
Assisting with onboarding and offer administration
Maintaining accurate records and producing recruitment reports when required
The Successful Applicant
Recruitment Coordinator - What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role (in-house or agency)
Ideally from a professional services, legal, finance, or consultancy background
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in using ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office
