  • System and process management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), post job openings, and ensure data integrity across recruitment platforms.
  • Reporting and insights: Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics and contribute to regular reporting to inform hiring strategies.
  • Project involvement: Support the planning and delivery of HCM operational projects, contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, professional approach to communication and stakeholder engagement.
