Recruitment Coordinator – EMEA

Location: Surrey | Hybrid working

Are you passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong relationships across a global business? Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their EMEA Talent Services team.

The role

This is a pivotal position supporting the recruitment and onboarding of experienced hires across the EMEA region. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure candidates feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the hiring journey – from interview scheduling to their first day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple diaries and time zones.
  • Acting as the primary contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Managing post-offer processes, liaising with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Supporting onboarding by resolving queries around contracts, FCA background checks, vetting, and technology.
  • Maintaining data integrity within the ATS.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects and supporting colleagues across regions.

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and has strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience with FCA onboarding processes (essential).
