Job description

Are you looking to start your career in Recruitment or perhaps you want to use your current experience in a different and innovative setting?

Based at our office in Ellesmere Port, The Recruitment Coordinator will be part of a small HR function at EMS Healthcare and will be responsible for recruiting candidates into a variety of clinical roles across our exciting healthcare projects.

From writing adverts and attending recruitment events, to inducting new starters and analysing recruitment data, you will be involved in each aspect of the candidate journey.

Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, you will liaise with hiring managers, agencies, and various internal stakeholders to ensure that every candidate has the best possible experience when applying for a role at EMS Healthcare.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience of a role involving phone & email communication
  • Demonstrable work experience in a service-driven, process-based business environment
  • Experience of working with different stakeholders
  • Recruitment experience in a clinical setting would be preferable, but not crucial
  • Recruitment experience in a non-clinical setting would be preferable, but not crucial
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including good written and oral English.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of professional and managerial groups.
  • Ability to negotiate with all stakeholders with tact and discretion.
  • Strong influencing/assertiveness skills
  • Proven ability to lead by example.
  • Strong time management and resource planning skills and ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement for people, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Right to live & work in the UK
  • Able to commute to our Ellesmere Port office
