Recruitment Coordinator - £22,500
Location: South Gyle, Edinburgh
Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Writing and posting job adverts online

  • Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews

  • Assisting with face-to-face interviews

  • Carrying out reference checks to audit standards

  • Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance

  • Supporting with general admin - reception duties, answering phones/emails etc.


What We're Looking For:

  • Great organisational and time management skills

  • A professional, friendly, and proactive approach

  • A desire to learn and grow within recruitment

  • Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential


This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into recruitment and build a meaningful career.
