Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

The Role

Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Resourcer looking to make your move inhouse?

Do you have experience of recruiting high volume recruitment campaigns?

Are you passionate about the recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience?

Joining the Group HR team as our Recruitment Coordinator, you will work alongside our Senior Talent & Resourcing Partner supporting the business' hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process by providing support and advice on candidate attraction, developing candidate relationships and championing recruitment best practice at all times.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator or Resourcer to transition into an inhouse role, working on a wide variety of vacancies whilst also becoming an integral part of both the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Duties And Requirements

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;

• Advertising vacancies, creating engaging candidate focused adverts which align with the wider Avant Homes brand whilst also attracting a diverse range of candidates.
• Providing day to day support to the Senior Talent & Resourcing Partner in relation to all recruitment activity and recruitment administration. Supporting and advising hiring managers on the recruitment process.
• Pre-screening candidate applications via telephone and video call.
• Candidate management via the inhouse Applicant Tracking System(ATS).
• Actively promoting vacancies across the Avant Homes social media channels in order to champion and enforce the Avant Homes employer brand awareness.
• Assisting hiring managers with candidate feedback, employment offers, interviewing and onboarding best practice.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

Reporting to the Senior Resourcing & Talent Partner, the successful candidate will play an instrumental part in the delivery of our successful in-house resourcing model. Collaboration, excellent attention to detail and relationship building are key factors to success within this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop their recruitment experience within an inhouse environment.

To be considered for this role you must also possess;

• Previous experience of recruitment resourcing.
• The ability to work well under pressure within a high performing environment.
• Experience of working with an ATS is desirable.
