A leading company in networking is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. Working as part of a small Talent Acquisition team, you will support the recruitment process by ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include arranging interviews, updating candidates, liaising with hiring managers, updating the careers site, and distributing job postings across various platforms.
You will primarily assist with campaigns to hire experienced professionals, and at key times, support graduate and early careers recruitment. Additionally, once candidates accept offers, you will prepare offer materials and manage their onboarding process.
