A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Recruitment Controller to assist the HR team in Boston. In this role, you will manage administration tasks, prepare recruitment documentation, and support new starter inductions. Strong organizational skills and previous office experience are essential. Job Title: Recruitment Controller
Location: Boston
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Contract Type: Temporary – 6 week placement, may be extended
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Controller to support our HR team in delivering a smooth and professional recruitment process. Working closely with the main HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in ensuring all administrative and onboarding tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Recruiter with day-to-day recruitment administration
Prepare and manage recruitment paperwork and documentation
Support with the preparation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations
Help coordinate and support new starter inductions and site walkarounds
Take part in, and potentially lead, induction sessions as required
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Provide general administrative support across the recruitment function as needed
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Comfortable presenting to small groups
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Experience:
Previous experience in a recruitment, HR or office support role is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of onboarding processes and recruitment administration is an advantage
Previous experience within an office based position is essential, candidates who do no have this experience will not be considered
