Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and candidates to identify opportunities.
• Develop and manage a specialist practice in recruitment across engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors.
• Lead retained assignments and executive search projects with international reach.

Job description

• £30,000–£40,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience.


• Uncapped, open-ended commission, paid monthly. Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000, with scope to earn more.

Experience in commercial, engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment would be useful. Success in another specialist market could be just as relevant.
