Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and interview candidates across permanent, contract and temporary positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cyclefrom initial brief to successful placement
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate database and talent pipeline
  • Negotiate terms and conditions between clients and candidates
  • Achieve individual and team targets for placements and revenue
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions
  • Provide market insights and salary guidance to both clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
  • Attend networking events and business development activities
  • Mentor junior team members (for senior positions)
