At MindSearch, we specialise in headhunting and recruiting top-tier talent across Medical, Commercial, HR, Consulting and Rec2Rec sectors. To support our growth, we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong new business instincts and a solid track record in permanent recruitment.

Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments: client development, brief, sourcing, interviews, offer

Grow your own portfolio through new business development and warm leads

Deliver on retained or contingent mandates depending on the sector

Use a mix of proactive headhunting, CV sourcing and job board attraction

Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in perm recruitment, ideally within:

    • Sales / Business Development / Commercial

    • Consulting

    • HR & Talent Acquisition

    • Medical / Healthcare

  • Solid 360 experience (BD + delivery)

  • A strong appetite for developing new clients and growing accounts

  • Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach

  • Proactive, structured, and client-focused

  • Fluent English and/or French

Requirements
Requirements What We’re Looking For: A Sales-Driven Mindset – Ability to generate a high volume of daily calls (50-60 calls/day) and drive client interest. Multi-Tasking Skills – Comfortable handling emails, calls, and sales admin tasks efficiently. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting – Ability to secure meetings with decision-makers and present our services persuasively. Proven Sales Experience – 2-4 years in new business sales or recruitment, ideally with key account clients. Recruitment Sales Experience?
