At MindSearch, we specialise in headhunting and recruiting top-tier talent across Medical, Commercial, HR, Consulting and Rec2Rec sectors. To support our growth, we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong new business instincts and a solid track record in permanent recruitment.
Manage full-cycle recruitment assignments: client development, brief, sourcing, interviews, offer
Grow your own portfolio through new business development and warm leads
Deliver on retained or contingent mandates depending on the sector
Use a mix of proactive headhunting, CV sourcing and job board attraction
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and delivery.
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in perm recruitment, ideally within:
Sales / Business Development / Commercial
Consulting
HR & Talent Acquisition
Medical / Healthcare
Solid 360 experience (BD + delivery)
A strong appetite for developing new clients and growing accounts
Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
Proactive, structured, and client-focused
Fluent English and/or French
