This client is a well-established and growing construction recruitment agency in Birmingham. They are now looking for a recruitment consultant to work closely with the Team Leader and develop a white-collar construction desk across the permanent sector.

The Birmingham office is well established, so you will have access to national contracts and PSLs as well as existing supply relationships with smaller subcontracting firms. 50% of all new business wins are incoming calls from business referrals due to their excellent reputation for good delivery and service.

As a company, they have a great reputation for supporting and nurturing consultants and have exceptional tenure in the business.

This role is a 360-degree billing role and is open to recruitment consultants from other sectors who want to transition into construction.
