They are seeking a focused Construction Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates into permanent roles across the region.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing the database
• Selling the company's services to local and national businesses
• Achieving activity and financial targets
• Working on PSL and ad-hoc business

To succeed, you should demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management, and professionalism. Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess planning, self-management, tenacity, and ambition. There is a clear career path with promotional opportunities. Previous recruitment experience is essential; industrial sector experience is preferred but not mandatory. A full UK driving license and car are required.
