Our client is expanding into the UK market and is looking to appoint a Perms Consultant for a specialist desk, which is already exceeding forecasts. You should already be working as a Perms Recruitment Consultant in the property or commercial sector; however, candidates from other recruitment sectors will also be considered. While sales are a core part of recruitment, this company prefers a consultative approach to relationship building and business development, so an aggressive sales style would not be suitable.

You should be a dynamic self-starter, enthusiastic, determined, and eager to develop your own career. This is a client-facing role, and you will be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
