Job Description:

Due to increased success within our U.S. team, award-winning Trust in SODA is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on the US Market. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team with access to SODA's clients developed over 5 years.

Our SODA squad operates out of the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), and the USA (Boston), providing bespoke hiring solutions to employers and candidates across various markets.

We seek a highly motivated consultant to support existing business and expand our US client base. No prior U.S. market experience is necessary. We are a registered U.S. company with an E2 Visa, facilitating potential relocation to the US.

Candidates with experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data, GTM, or Cyber Security are encouraged to apply.

You will collaborate with contract counterparts to secure new clients.

Compensation includes up to 50% commissions with no threshold, plus annual bonuses. You will also have access to advanced tools like Sourcewhale, Bullhorn Automation, and others to enhance productivity.
