Darwin Recruitment is looking for an Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our US Perm Data Center Team in Billericay, Essex. This office-based role rewards a commercially minded recruiter who can unlock earnings potential from day one.

You’ll own your desk and build relationships across the US engineering and technology markets, winning new business, managing vacancies end-to-end and delivering top STEM talent with market intelligence and salary benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• STEM recruitment background (Technology, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure).
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Highly motivated, competitive and financially driven mindset.
• Ambition to progress quickly in recruitment.
• Willingness to work US market hours.

Responsibilities

• Own your desk and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your desk and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing and strengthening relationships with clients across the US Engineering or Technology markets
• Winning new business and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
• Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre STEM professionals
• Providing clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring advice
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
• Building a profitable desk and consistently growing your billings

We’re keen to speak with recruiters who have:

• 1-3 years’ experience operating in a 360 recruitment role
• A background in STEM recruitment, ideally Technology, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or a related market
• A proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• A highly motivated, competitive and financially driven mindset
• The ambition to progress quickly and build a successful long-term career in recruitment
• Availability to work US market hours
