The Best Connection is recruiting for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants in Crawley. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and drive new business through calls and visits.

The role offers clear progression, a strong earning potential and ongoing training in a supportive, employee-owned company. Entry level roles require enthusiasm with or without experience, while the senior track rewards three years plus

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and candidates.
• Confidence speaking to customers and candidates in person and over the phone.

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple vacancies and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to generate opportunities.
• Generate new business through telephone sales and client visits.
• Advertise vacancies, attract candidates and screen applicants.
• Interview, assess and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Manage client accounts and deliver recruitment solutions.
