• Experience in a customer-facing, sales, commercial or target-driven environment would be a strong advantage.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to pick up the phone, build relationships and create opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Speak with prospective clients, understand their hiring needs and create opportunities to build long-term partnerships.
• Source, engage and attract high-quality candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn and leading job boards.
• Interview and assess candidates to understand their experience, motivations and long-term career goals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy brief through to interview, offer and placement.
• Develop strong negotiation, objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Build your personal brand and establish yourself as a specialist within your market.
• Work towards and exceed individual targets in a busy, sales-driven environment where effort and results are rewarded.
