Established in the mid 1980s, this medium-sized recruitment business has grown organically and now has over twelve offices across the UK. Operating across sectors such as Health and Social Care, Agriculture, Construction, Plant, Property and FM, Technical, Waste, and Engineering.

The construction division is well established and growing, and they are now looking for consultants to work closely with the Team Leader and develop a Trades and Labour desk across both contract and permanent roles.

The Cardiff office is relatively new; however, you will have access to national contracts, so the desk will not be 100% cold.

The company has a great reputation for supporting and nurturing consultants and boasts exceptional staff retention.

This is a new role to facilitate this growing division.

You can expect excellent support and training both initially and on an ongoing basis.

To be considered, you should already be working in recruitment, either in construction or a similar fast-paced temporary discipline.
