Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Business Development) specializing in Technology/Business Change, based in Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh. The role offers up to £50,000 per annum basic salary plus uncapped earnings and excellent benefits.

Our approach differs from most recruitment agencies, with processes designed to enable high achievement and fair compensation. You will be involved in various aspects of recruitment, including Business Development, Account Management, Resourcing, Marketing, and Admin.

From day one, you'll receive support such as:

  • A marketing team to build your personal brand and generate leads.
  • Administrative, compliance, and contract support.
  • A dedicated delivery team to resource and manage your jobs, paid separately from your commission.
  • Access to top recruitment technology and systems.
  • Ongoing training and process improvements.
  • Tools to help you fill more jobs.

Commission is straightforward: 25% for contractor placements and 20% for permanent hires. There are no thresholds or financial targets for the first six months, allowing you to grow your market at your own pace.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in professional services recruitment with a successful track record. However, candidates with a sales background demonstrating self-management, interpersonal skills, drive, and curiosity are also encouraged to apply.
