Are you a high-energy Recruitment Consultant or Perms Consultant eager to take the next step in your career? We're expanding our team and looking for a driven individual to join our Engineering Division in West Yorkshire.

This role offers a competitive above-market basic salary plus uncapped commission earnings, along with fantastic benefits.

Key Details:

  • Location: Bradford (Hybrid working considered)
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission
  • Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00 | Fri 8:30-16:00
  • Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process - from client development to candidate placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, interview, and place candidates across engineering and semi-skilled roles
  • Write and post job adverts, screen CVs, and conduct interviews
  • Negotiate offers and manage the process between candidates and clients
  • Work towards agreed targets and KPIs while delivering excellent service
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and labour market insights

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience (preferred) or transferable skills from an engineering/semi-skilled background
  • Strong understanding of engineering/manufacturing roles and processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, resilient, and target-focused
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
