Rainbow Recruitment Services are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior) to join their client, an established, thriving Education Recruitment Agency in Pulborough (West Sussex).

The Role:

Working as an Education Recruitment Consultant involves a high volume of sales calls, candidate interviews and face-to-face client visits, but this also makes it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

You will need to provide a high level of customer service while excelling in influencing and negotiating.

It’s always busy, so you'll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues. This level of role would best suit someone who is already proving their talent in this sector and looking for a new challenge within a growing independent agency.
