Skills & Experience

1. Ideally 5-8 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition in a corporate setting or in a freelance capacity.
2. A strong passion for learning & development and career coaching.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Presentation skills are an asset.
4. A self-motivated and driven individual who is eager to grow independently.
5. Enjoys working with individuals to identify needs and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
2. Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided.
3. Learn and apply lead generation techniques.
4. Conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates.
5. Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates.
6. Support onboarding processes and assist in the success goals of your team.
