We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber candidates to be placed into work within our client organizations.

Our focus is on the financial services industry, with IT and Executive placements in sales and marketing. We also serve local clients with a generalist desk.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or sales, with knowledge of candidate sourcing methods. You will work with our Recruiters to fill client vacancies efficiently and meet deadlines. Initially, this role will focus on financial services but offers growth and diversification opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with candidates and clients via phone, email, and video calls
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Selecting suitable candidates per client specifications
  • Creating and placing attractive job adverts across platforms
  • Using social media such as LinkedIn to attract candidates
  • Updating and maintaining our recruitment database
  • Working towards placement targets and KPIs
  • Web administration and marketing
