Job summary

MSS Infrastructure is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for rail, civils and infrastructure roles in the Manchester area. You will be the main point of contact for clients and candidates, building a strong network and delivering top recruitment solutions across the UK.

You will work with our resourcing team to provide outstanding service, manage briefs, and shortlist candidates for temporary and permanent roles, ensuring compliant, high-quality placements.

Responsibilities

• You will be the key point of contact for clients and candidates for MSS Infrastructure, contributing to the team in retention and growth of the contingent workforce across the UK.
• You will develop your network and contacts to identify and maximise opportunities for temporary and permanent recruitment supply.
• Supported by our resourcing team, you will ensure outstanding service for your designated customers across the UK.
• Identify requirements, take briefs, source and fully brief candidates regarding vacancies and roles.
• Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined vacancies, liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams.

£30,000 - £45,000 +OTE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant working within civils, rail or wider infrastructure recruitment to join our team of top-performing recruiters. You will be based in Birmingham recruiting site based, technical roles across tier 1 contractors and our public sector clients such as Network Rail and Transport for London.

About the Recruitment Consultant role...

• You will be the key point of contact for clients and candidates for MSS Infrastructure, with a responsibility to contribute to the team in the retention and growth of the our contingent workforce throughout UK.
• You will develop your network and contacts to identify and maximise opportunities for temporary and permanent recruitment supply.
• Supported by our resourcing team, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding service is provided to your designated customers throughout UK.
• Identifying requirements, taking briefs for them, sourcing and fully brief candidates regarding vacancies and roles.
• You will shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate, and internal teams.

Ensuring your workforce are fully compliant, performing their duties effectively in post and resolving any issues that arise day to day.
