Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector IT Technology Transformation

My client is a leading specialist recruitment agency dedicated to supporting IT digital transformation across the UK's public sector. They are at the forefront of connecting exceptional tech talent with groundbreaking technological change projects in government, police, defence, and healthcare sectors.

The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a team and source top-tier IT professionals for transformative public sector projects across these critical national infrastructure areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and place IT professionals for ongoing projects in government, police, defence, and healthcare sectors
  2. Develop networks of high-calibre professionals specializing in technological change and maintenance
  3. Conduct targeted candidate sourcing across public sector IT specialisms
  4. Build relationships with key clients in government departments, law enforcement, defence organizations, and healthcare trusts
  5. Manage & deliver full recruitment lifecycle for complex technological projects
  6. Understand technological requirements across government, police, defence, and healthcare sectors
  7. Meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
  8. Recruitment experience in IT or technology sectors
  9. Understanding of public sector supplier frameworks
  10. Proven track record of successful placements
  11. Proficiency in recruitment technologies
  12. Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Experience in government, police, defence, or healthcare sector recruitment
  2. Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure across these sectors
