Our client is beginning to make inroads into the UK market and seeks to appoint a Perms Consultant for a specialist desk. Ideally within the industrial or driving sector, but candidates from other recruitment sectors will also be considered. While recruitment is inherently sales-driven, this company prefers a more consultative approach to relationship building and business development. Therefore, a loud/noisy RahRah sales style would not be suitable.

You should be a dynamic self-starter, enthusiastic, determined, and eager to shape your own career. This is a client-facing role, and you will be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
